Alert K-9 Training Center is owned and operated by Ryan Tulchinsky. Ryan was born and raised in the Bay Area. Growing up in a farming community, surrounded by many different animals, it has been his passion to work with them in some way. This experience instilled in him an understanding of the importance of the strong bond developed between man and dog. He decided that working with dogs on a daily basis to understand how they communicate in "doggie language" was his lifelong dream. At the same time he noticed a great need within the general public to better understand and interact with "man's best friend" as well as learning how to properly teach them. Thus began...ALERT K-9 TRAINING CENTER.

Mr. Tulchinsky, known as the "Doctor to dogs with people problems", was schooled in Northern Californa, and studied canine behavior, kennel management, basic, advanced and off leash obedience and protection. He is constantly continuing his education and knowledge in all aspects of K-9 training, therefore, offering a wide variety of services to you and your dog. Ryan has trained dogs for protection, show, Schutzhund, tracking, agility, police work and specializes in behavioral modification. He also conducts dog safety and training seminars to school children and other organizations, educating people about the importance of training and understanding their pets.
